    Thank you to all runners and organizers of the 3rd Annual Run for the Fallen weekend. Reports from all across the country indicate that it was a huge success. RFTF Director, Jon Bellona, estimates over 25,000 miles were ran in remembrance…and counting! Jon will be tallying miles over the next week and posting on the Run’s blog.

    On June 14, 2008 — two years ago today — Run for the Fallen began its 4000-mile journey across America from Barstow, CA. The American flags placed at each mile marker during this ceremonial marathon start were in honor of Flag Day and all soldiers currently serving in the Armed Forces.

    A friend of ours is producing a compelling, non-partisan feature film about Marines dealing with PTSD. They are on a tight deadline to complete the film, and they really need to obtain a small amount of raw video of Marines on the ground in Iraq or Afghanistan.
